SHUTTLE INFORMATION
VENUE TO CHURCH
A shuttle will depart from the Thayer Hotel and head towards the church at 11:45 am. It will make a stop at the Holiday Inn (~5 minutes away) on the way. This will be the only shuttle, so please be timely.
CHURCH TO VENUE
The shuttle will then return to the venue around 2:15 pm, making a stop at the Holiday Inn on the way.
FOR GUESTS STAYING AT THE HOLIDAY INN
If you are staying at the Holiday Inn and choose to go directly to the Thayer Hotel from the church, please feel free. There is a pub and rooftop bar on site that you can visit while awaiting the cocktail hour. If you want to return to your hotel room to freshen up, a shuttle will be departing from the Holiday Inn at 4:30 pm to head towards the cocktail hour.
We encourage you to join us for the after party! There will be a shuttle returning to the Holiday Inn after the after party at midnight. If you are ready to call it a night after the reception, there will be a shuttle returning to the Holiday Inn at 10 pm.
ROOM BLOCKS
The Thayer Hotel at West Point
The Thayer Hotel is where both our reception and after party will be. We have a room block arranged here. Please use the link attached to book a room through our hotel room block. We will have transportation provided between the church ceremony and The Thayer Hotel (~40 minute drive). Refer to the shuttle information above.

Holiday Inn Express West Point by IHG
We have also arranged a room block at the Holiday Inn, which will include a discounted rate. The booking link is attached below. There will be a shuttle between the Holiday Inn, church, and the Thayer Hotel for our reception. Please refer to the shuttle information above.
AIRPORTS
Newark Liberty International Airport
We recommend flying into Westchester County Airport or Newark Liberty International Airport for our wedding. Travel between LaGuardia or JFK and our venue will be longer and more costly.
